• Always lay your baby on its back when sleeping.
  
• Make sure there are no soft toys, cushions,etc. around baby’s face area.
  
• Never leave your baby unattended especially when pets and children are in the same household.
• Only use Maddie Lane baskets in combination with Maddie Lane wooden stands and mattresses, and never replace parts other than those provided by Maddie Lane.
• Never place the basket on tables, chairs sofas etc. with baby inside. Always use the wooden stand or place the basket on the floor.
• Although the baskets have handles, they are not designed to be carried with baby inside.
  
• Never place your moses basket near an open fire or wall heater.
  
• Regularly check to make sure all screws and fittings are not loose.
  

Orders:

The terms and conditions are an integral part of every order between Maddie Lane GmbH and the ordering customer. These terms are binding and any deviation must be in writing.

The order is to be executed exclusively in the Maddie Lane online shop.

The customer will be immediately informed if any ordered items are not in stock.

Any orders hat have been incorrectly executed must be communicated to us within 7 days of receiving the item’s. This can be done over the phone or by e-mail.

Customers will receive a confirmation e-mail once purchase has been made and approved.

Payment options :

Paypal (Visa, Mastercard), Bank transfer, Invoice

Delivery :

Delivery is only possible within Switzerland. The purchased order will be delivered from our warehouse directly to the address specified by the customer.

If a delivery is not possible because the purchaser is not present at the specified address, the customer shall pay any incurring costs due to the unsuccessful delivery.

Orders will be promptly executed and delivery time shall be between 5-7 working days excluding public holidays. Delivery is free within Switzerland.

Any damages incurred during transport must be communicated to us immediately after delivery and we ask that packages should not be opened at this stage so that the damage can be assessed.

Returned Goods:

Damaged items will be immediately replaced free of delivery costs. Through logistical reasons, we cannot accept the costs of returning the goods.

We allow the customer the right to return all goods without reason within 30 days of receiving the goods. The customer is required to contact us via telephone or e-mail to confirm their request for returning the goods. The customer will pay all costs incurred in the returning of the goods.

The customer will be reimbursed with the purchase cost excluding delivery costs within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. 

Property rights:

Delivered goods remain the property of Maddie Lane GmbH until full payment has been received.

Payments made via invoice must be payed in full within 30 days of goods received. Should payments not be received within 30 days, an additional charge of 10.- per month thereafter will be applied.

Guarantee: 

We offer a 2 year guarantee from the date of delivery covering damages incurred during delivery and damages or defects incurred during the manufacturing process. Upon receipt, the customer is required to inspect the goods for damages. If damages are found, the customer must contact us via email or telephone within 7 days of receipt. The product will be completely replaced.
The guarantee does not cover damages incurred through misuse of our products, shrinkage of fabric due to inappropriate washing methods, water damage, heat damage or through normal wear and tear.
